I provide secure and confidential virtual counseling sessions designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re at home, at work, or anywhere in between, our sessions take place on a private, HIPAA-compliant video platform that protects your confidentiality. Online counseling offers flexibility, convenience, and comfort, while providing the same personal support you would receive in a traditional office setting. Together, we can navigate life’s challenges and embark on a journey toward healing and growth—all from the comfort of your own space.
Before our first session, I would like you to take a simple temperament assessment test, which costs $30.00. The link will be sent to you to complete. This is a one-time fee, and your results will be available at our first session.
I offer a 15-minute complimentary consultation to help you determine if online counseling is the right fit for you. During this time, I will answer any questions you may have, and explore how I can best support your journey.

Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
